The Star Reacher Awards is an annual celebration of the most ambitious and forward thinking individuals in the worldwide Leo Burnett network. Each year, these lucky few are elected by their peers with whom they work closely on a regular basis, and know them as particularly noteworthy figures in the company.
As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for branding the 2012 installment, as well as designing promotional materials, packaging, and even the award itself. The website design was a major component to the package, as this was the destination for all the winners to view their profiles and testimonials, as well as interact with the network of fellow star reachers, portrayed in the form of constellations in the night sky.
