Currently based in Chicago, I'm an enthusiastic graphic designer and photographer originally from the east coast, sporting a BFA in Graphic Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. I place a strong emphasis on lettering and type in my design work, while my photography focuses closely on lifestyle and portraiture. My experience ranges from studio culture to the apparel industry, and a repertoire of non-profit work. I'm always on the lookout for the next exciting project!

Mise en Place

Hosted by the Pavement Group as a quarterly event, Mise En Place is a vibrant mix of theatrical readings, music and art, centered in the heart of Chicago’s young and inspired artist community. “Mise en place” is a French term meaning, “everything in place.” This phrase inspired high contrast lettering that defines a spectrum of thick to thin, implying everything in between. Flyers for the event embrace the same concept depicting a wide variety of changing background imagery.
