Hate

I was asked by Bud Rodecker of Thirst to contribute to a collaborative effort involving artists and designers each interpreting the word "hate" in a myriad of ways.

To me, hate or hatred is something that twists and winds, develops over time, and becomes stronger and more vicious until it is resolved. Of course, the longer you wait, the harder it becomes to manage. This feels alot like weeds or vines to me, which is what inspired the custom forms in this piece.
