Currently based in Chicago, I'm an enthusiastic graphic designer and photographer originally from the east coast, sporting a BFA in Graphic Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. I place a strong emphasis on lettering and type in my design work, while my photography focuses closely on lifestyle and portraiture. My experience ranges from studio culture to the apparel industry, and a repertoire of non-profit work. I'm always on the lookout for the next exciting project!

Design Takes Root

This work was produced for a Design Bureau article titled Design Takes Root in their March/April issue. The article discusses an efficient new concept for spreading urban agriculture. One that if accepted into a community would take no time to catch on throughout a city's infrastructure. The title page artwork is based on the concept of long-term urban agriculture, and a step-by-step information graphic as well as two drop cap options were designed with the same treatment.
